About me

I’m Dan Vining, and I don’t believe in half-measures or hollow words. My life has been forged in fire—Marine Corps leadership, the cutting edge of the wireless industry, and relentless self-exploration in the pursuit of peak performance. I’ve learned that stress, fear, and doubt aren’t enemies to avoid but allies to tame, tools to wield. Through breath, movement, and mindset, I teach people to dismantle their limitations, rewire their responses, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always known was there. I don’t just connect with people—I hold up the mirror, light the fire, and walk with them into the work. No shortcuts. No fluff. Just the real, raw path to living fully alive, living InCourage.
